I love the idea of debossing and love that I can see the technique on video. Thanks for another great idea. A Cuttlebug is just what I need to play around and create with this new technique! I’d love to give it a try with your awesome paper and see what I can come up with to share with you.

  2. Marla H. says:

I have debossed on a few projects. I really like the look better of embossing but sometimes I will turn it over and use the debossed side. I LOVE your papers and look of sanding them to enhance the depth and dimension on them.!!

  3. Tina M says:

I have embossed the old way, a lightbox and stylus but oooohhh after seeing these cards and the video I would love to win this one. Thank you for the chance. And how fun it would be to use the core’dinations paper for a creation all my own!!!!

  4. LaRayne S says:

I took a class that had some debossing projects and it was very easy and looked great. A Cuddlebug would be the ideal thing to pratice this fun technique.

  5. Ying says:

I’d love both embossing and debossing by hand. Too bad most word ones are emboss only. I’m glad at least there’s letter press but it would be soooo cool to have more debossing options with words. There’s so many cool folders but I do still love my brass stencils.

  6. Patchi says:

I never tried debossing… maybe I should add it to my New Year resolutions!

And I would love to have that little green cutie!

  7. Elizabeth P says:

I’ve not debossed before, but after watching the video, I think it will be perfect for my son’s birthday card. I love my Bug, and if I win this, I have a friend who would really enjoy it. Today’s sponsor is Provocraft !

  8. michelle says:

i love debossing..and am always amazed at how embossing and debossing from the same folder can have 2 totally different looks when sanded…
i think that debossing with core’dinations card stock is THE way to emboss….the finished look is fantastic!

  9. Judy says:

I have debossed before. I like the looks of both. They look so different and can both be used to enhance your project.

I do both embossing & debossing. It’s kind of interesting how you can get different looks with the same cardstock depending on if you’ve embossed or debossed.
Since I won yesterday, (thank you very much), please don’t include me in today’s drawing.
