Cards ..Cards…and more cards!

First up we have a gingerbread card from Designer Vivina Keh. Keep reading because this isn’t the gingerbread you were thinking of ;)

Vivian Keh here today to share with you a card which uses a technique I came up with awhile back which I call the “Gingerbread” technique.  Perhaps a Hard Core video tutorial is in store for you sharing this really easy technique!  In conjunction with Core’dinations ColorCore Cardstock that has been sanded, the patterns really pop off your papercrafted projects!

Make card from cardstock, round bottom corners. Ink edges with Distress Inks. Deboss cardstock, sand with Sand-It Gadget and ink surface, round bottom corners and adhere to card. Trim cardstock, sand and ink edges, stitch top and attach across card. Stamp flowers, fussy cut, color with Distress Markers and ink edges, attach to card with foam pads. Add twine. Stamp sentiment onto die-cut tag, ink edges, add brads and attach to card.

Make card from cardstock, round bottom corners. Ink edges with Distress Inks. Trim and sand Clocks cardstock. Ink edges with Distress Ink, adhere to card. Add burlap trim, pierce holes and add brads. Stamp sentiment onto die-cut tag, ink edges, add twine and attach to card. Stamp vintage clock, fussy cut, color details with Distress Markers and ink edges, attach to card with foam pads.

    lovely designs to truly showcase the texture in the coredinations cardstock. Bloggers need to add coredinations to their shopping list next time out and stock up on some of the famous colored inner core!!!
