Good Morning Everyone! It is gearing up to be a terrific Tuesday, isn’t it?  We are gearing up for some more snow here on the East Coast. What does the weather look like in your area? I know when we get ready for a snow storm in our household we stock up on hot chocolate, pizza and adhesive!

Day FOUR of the 12 Days of Techniques

Welcome to our First Ever 12 Days of Techniques. We are excited to share with you some of our favorite techniques using our unique color core cardstock. Each day a Design Team member is going to share a project featuring a technique with Core’dinations cardstock. Tutorial Tuesday

Today’s Tuesday’s Tutorial comes from Lydia Jackson. Ever wonder how to use your Cuttlebug Embossing folders for a border on a layout? Keep reading…

NOTE: Remember to work from the BACK of the Core’dinations Cardstock because you will be sanding on the front of the paper.

Using a rolling pin and firm pressure, roll over the folder to create the embossed image.

Turn the cardstock over and sand:

Here is the finished layout. Isn’t that border fantastic? NOTE: Notice how Lydia overlapped the corners so you don’t have to worry about them lining up exactly. It adds to the whimsical feel of this adorable layout!
