Today is all about Halloween!!!
We have some awesome layouts from our team that celebrate this fun holiday.
Nothing screams Halloween like Goth. Design Team Member April Derrick used some Core’dinations Spotted Tillie Cardstock on this layout along with loads of purple and black ribbon from May Arts and flowers from Petaloo. From the purple ink splats to the ruffled May Arts Satin ribbon….this is one great layout. And that May Arts metallic velvet ribbon adds the perfect sparkle.
Design Team Member Shaunte Wadley designed this layout using Black Magic as her base. Check out all the amazing details!!! Banners, tags, flowers ribbon, tons of sanding :):):) It’s gorgeous! The May Arts Satin Striped ribbon on orange, black and purple that Shaunte used for the photo banner is PERFECT for Halloween. Pair it with some flowers at the end and you have a perfect banner.
Today we are sharing some of Design Team Member Debbie Standards gorgeous cards.
Debbie’s attention to detail and color is amazing.
Check out the fun embossing and square accents on this card. The Whitewash cardstock looks beautiful against the Core’dinating

Good Morning! Today we have a few layouts to share with you featuring the old school Crumpling technique. Core’dinations cardstock is just perfect for technique and it is an easy way to add texture and show off that beautiful inner core.
AND today’s post is inspired by one of our FABULOUS Facebook Fans, Mary Pat Siehl! We just love this technique here at Core and when I saw this layout on Facebook, I knew we had to do a post here and Mary Pat was gracious enough to let us use her layout.
You can see her layout here on our Facebook page, too.
Here are a few from our Design Team using the same technique.
And next up is a layout from Char Dobson, again, using a fun mix of product and technique!
How cool does that Whitewash look???
Have a great weekend!
Good Morning and happy Wednesday to you! Today we have some fun projects for you featuring our go to techniques with Core’dinations.
Whitewash. And printed her sentiment on the cardstock from her computer….
Flower is from Queen & Co.
And check out the amazing techniques on this card from Debbie Standard. Punching, stamping with some myStampBOX stamps, embossing, die cutting…GORGEOUS!
Tuesday’s Tip comes from Design Team Member Char Dobson who created these gorgeous wraps for her wine bottles. Now I know these have a bit of a festive Holiday theme but you could easily make these for any Holiday or special occasion you may have. So Today’s tip is to alter! Don’t be afraid to take ordinary, every day items you see around your house and add your own personal touch to them.
Remember our 12 Days of Techniques in December? Well this project features debossing. Such a fun and easy way to add a little spice to your projects. If you need a refresher or missed our 12 Days of Techniques, please check out the video here. For this project, Char used cardstock from the Whitewash Collection. Can you see the core color on the backside of the Whitewash through the bottle? SO COOL!
And a close up of this great technique:
Other Supplies used from our preferred partners:
EK Success snowflake border punch and Cuttlebug Snowflakes embossing folder.
What’s the coolest thing you’ve altered? We’d love to hear!
